When training my Personal Training clients I always look at the bigger picture, and find out what, you as clients want to achieve, whether
it be Fat Loss, Toning Flexibility or Just Generally want to improve your fitness levels. Most people have what we call muscle imbalances which restrict them in some way. During my first meeting
with a new client I assess their posture and movement and educate them about their body using corrective exercise. This is focused on individual needs using a balance of flexibility, mobility, muscle
activation, core and functional strength exercises. Our unique training approach along with the right nutritional advice will help you to achieve desired goals.

Group Personal Training
You can now lower the cost of personal training by working out in a group. Group Personal Training is becoming a really popular way of Training. Not Just Because of the Social Aspects but because it is really Motivating to work with others who have that Competitive Edge About them and learn lots of new training Methods Correctly.
What will I get I hear you ask?
- 2 Group sessions a week
- Nutritional Body Blitz Plan
- Consultation
- Flexibility Programme
- Support and encouragement from Trainer.
You will get everything above at a much Cheaper Rate of £180:00 Per Person for 3 Months that works out at £60.00 and £7.50 per session.
Places will be set at 5 to 8 people per Group and You must be available between 1 - 2 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays to attend sessions.
